Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning and Recruitment:
- Manpower planning and budgeting in consultation with Dept Heads.
- Internal and external recruitments & control of recruitment cost vs budget.
- Releasing advertisements and liaison with agencies, conduct interview, salary negotiation and job offers.
- Handling the entire recruitment and selection process as per the HR manual, including the induction program.
Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions:
- Analyzing job and writing job descriptions based on the man power requests.
- Determining levels of job specifications including education, experience and other required specific skills.
- Job grading, position titling, pay mix analysis, salary & benefits review, benefit analysis, pay band creation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Designing, and implementing fair compensation & benefit system.
- Reviewing incentive plans and ensuring the timely release of payments to foster high performance driven business.
- Administration of salary reviews and incentive payouts.
- Providing advice and guidance to management and employees on existing benefits.
HRIS & MIS:
- Updating and maintaining employee data in HRIS.
- Preparing needful reports on need basis.
- Payroll support in terms of attendance leave and disciplinary actions in terms of attendance irregularity.
Performance Management:
- Designing and implementing performance management.
- Carrying out 360-degree feedback performance management system.
- Coaching managers on effective performance management process.
Other Affairs:
- Identifying training and career development programs for employees based on the feedback of PM system.
- Based on TNA, organizing T&D programs.
- Designing and implementing various HR policies and Manuals with adherence to Country’s Labor Law.
- Conducting internal HR audit to check on HR policies compliance to ascertain level of compliance and communicate to higher management with recommendations.
- Handling the entire exit procedure of staff as per the HR Manual.
- Introducing employee wellness and benefit programs.
- Implementing Administration Manual and conducting annual audit.
- Supervising the works of staff of both HR and Administration departments.
