As a person who has worked with adults and children for many years I am no stranger to how to connect and motivate people, as well as providing a safe and secure environment in which one can learn and thrive. I have a plethora of experience in managing departments as well as curriculum creation in both IT and Computer Science and can deliver on a wide range of topic areas. I am also aware of how to raise standards across the board and how to lead from the front.
