I have over 15 years of leadership experience in the banking sector, focusing on Business Intelligence, Credit Risk, Credit Documentation, MIS Analytics and monitoring, Compliance and control, and Operational risk. 

My core strengths are ensuring credit risk compliance, business analysis, and working on the development and implementation of data-driven compliance & risk systems. This includes leading the core banking team to customize the credit module to ensure securing of financial and non-financial information. This is considered an essential survival tool in today’s competitive environment.

I have extensive experience in Credit Risk Data Analytics, which places me in a unique position in the banking sector. Given the level of competition and compliance requirements, my role in business intelligence using data analytics is becoming more essential to increase customer base and business volume, while keeping the risks at a minimal level. 

As an expert in analytics and reporting, I have supported the delivery of fact-based dashboards and reporting tools to influence decisions and/or identify gaps and contributed to the development and management of a reporting and analytical intake process.
