• Conducted reference checks of candidates.
• Ensured that all recruitment documentation is properly completed and recorded.
• Working in expediting and accounts section which I easily understand and Administer as Document controller including accounts payable.
• Follow up with vendor to supply ordered goods in time.
• Processing of their invoices as per purchase order.
• Filing, Maintaining & Updating record of employees and Vendors into the system.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Document, record
information by recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form.
• Prepare new employee files, make administrative arrangements for new
employees including desks, access cards and other stationery and equipment.
• Prepare memos, letters and presentations.
