‣ Develop and execute a sales strategy for various products from ooredoo , focusing on managing and driving sales. Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) for direct sales, ensuring that the right strategic products are emphasized in account planning and forecasting for SME sales. Identify forecast variances, set target achievements, and create tactical plans to bridge the gaps. 

 

‣ Collaborate with the marketing team to establish standard pricing offers and products. Engage with business segments and strategic planning for both standard and customized solutions. Work closely with pre-sales teams.

 

‣ Proactively manage customer relationships to achieve ongoing improvements in customer satisfaction. Take personal responsibility for resolving customer issues and prioritize a customer-centric approach.

‣ Foster high performance through a robust performance management culture. Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings and sales meetings. Engage in performance dialogues when necessary.

 

‣ Coach, mentor, and motivate the direct sales team through in-field engagement. Implement a sales methodology that shifts from transactional sales to transformational sales.

 

‣ Develop, implement, and administer operational policies and procedures to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Specialize in handling B2B customer relationships through digital desks.

 

‣ Partner with tele-sales teams to drive SME sales and effectively convert leads into orders.
