I am an Electrical Engineer with more than 10 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in electrical power, having extensive experience in the Facility Management, Operation and Maintenance, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Electrical equipment and MEP.

Experienced in Supervising Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, Monitoring and control of Power Management, Building Management Systems, SCADA, HVAC systems, and fire Alarm Systems.

Expert in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of MV/LV Switchgear, Distribution Transformers, Emergency Diesel Generators, Distribution Systems, MCC, UPS, CBS, VFD, Lighting Systems, CCTV, ACS, AV & PA systems, and Control Systems.

Responsible for routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of the MV/LV switchgear, transformer, generators, UPS, CBS, electrical distribution systems, and lighting systems, as well as ensuring that the planned action is accomplished with the expected accuracy.

Plan, prioritize, and execute the electrical maintenance and engineering activities in the field and annual shutdown maintenance activities through the CMMS system.

Provided on-site engineering and technical services during installation and fielding processes.

Preparing maintenance checklists of different assets as per OEM recommendation and IEC standards.

Responsible for all Electrical switching for the maintenance and shutdown activities while ensuring safety standards.

Determine specifications and layout of electrical networks, transformers, generators, circuit breakers, protection schemes, distribution, and lighting schemes.

Develop and decode electrical single/three-line diagrams, switchgear control schematics, equipment layouts, interconnection diagrams, motor control schematics, wiring diagrams, lighting schemes, and load Schedules to ensure conformance to operational as per safety standards.

Plan and evaluate the installation and maintenance of monitoring and control systems for MV/LV switchgear, transformer, distribution, and lighting systems.

Verify and decode equipment specifications, shop drawings, engineering proposals, and design comments for conformance with applicable design regulations and codes.

Plan and schedule the purchase, availability, and delivery of required equipment and components in coordination with client, contractor, and suppliers for project execution.

Conduct field surveys, evaluate engineering practices, and present new techniques to improve the efficiency of the electric power, Power monitoring, and control system, distribution system, and lighting system.

Coordinating and maintaining a healthy relationship with the client, Kahramaa, Subcontractor, and end users for the project activities.

Performed the routine maintenance testing Of Motors, Breakers, Protective Relays, CTs, VTs, and Transformers such as IR test, circuit Breaker timing test, Contact resistance test, HI-POT, TTR test, Winding resistance, Breakdown voltage test, Relay pickup/trip tests, and cables, etc.

Using testing instruments such as EGIL circuit breaker analyzer, Freyja 300 & 406 relay test systems, MOM 690 micro–ohm meter, MIT 515 (up to 15kv), Thermal imager FLK-Ti100 9Hz and DCM 300E earth leakage clamp meter, etc.

Managing and directing the technical workforce to obtain the operation objective.

Arrange work permits for Corrective maintenance and Preventive maintenance before the commencement of job activity, as well as coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders.

Managing and arranging training development plans to achieve and improve team awareness and quality of work as per site requirements.

Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for performing maintenance activities, as well as managing the required spare parts and assisting the procurement department for materials purchasing.

Developing snag lists, spare parts lists, SOPs, method statements, PTW, LOTO procedures, switching procedures, preventive maintenance manuals & checklists, and other quality standard documentation.

Managing and executing the relamping and installation of indoor and outdoor lighting projects including preparation as per site requirement and lux level calculation. 

Managing and planning to accomplish the client direction for the energy management/conservation and special activities like snagging, survey, etc.

Focusing and achieving the management objective and, managing technical reports and documents as required.

Degree in Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech, 04- years) in Electrical Power from the University of Lahore, Pakistan (Passed 2011).

Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E, 03-years) in Electrical Power from the Technical Punjab Board, Pakistan (Passed 2007).
