I'm a customer care specialist with a massive experience in this domain, as I have been working at Vodafone customer care for 6 years, in a different departments, starting with call center representative, then to Tele-sales department where I was a top performers, after I have been shifted to Retention department where I was promoted as the Most Improved Agent. Indeed; I have been shifted to Business care department as a Senior Advisor for 2 years, where a I was handling Lange accounts and, VIP segments, and business care MAIL box also in Vodafone Qatar. Currently, I'm handling Fiber technical support care and training new Joiners as well. Nonetheless, I am an Arabic native speaker, and a fluent English speaker as wee, since I was an English Teacher for 4 years in Algeria.
