Ten �years Engineering Experience in the design, construction and commissioning of project related to Civil Engineering Works, Building, Utilities and Infrastructure.  Depth Knowledge in the principles, practices and technical phases of engineering projects as SORs, PINs, conceptual design, FEED and Detailed Engineering. 3- 4- 5- 6- 7- 8- 9- Prepare, interpret and use engineering plans, maps, specifications and technical reports. Possess Structural Design skills (Concrete and Steel) with working knowledge and use of structural design software such as STAAD Pro., SAP2000 and ETAABs and Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Prepare Environmental and Social Management Plans based on the project Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) and ESCP, Implement the safety observations reporting and monitoring. Ensures coordination for site activities and provides technical advice to the contractor for all aspects of quality, safety, planning and engineering in relation to the structural Construction scope. Review, approve and implement Contractor structural construction plan. Ensure Contractor construction and load out documents and other submittals related to structural scope are timely reviewed and approved in accordance with the EPC contract requirements. Review and propose mitigation for structural construction aspects of the Risk Management Plan. Monitor the mitigations when defined. 10- Review all structural construction changes, including justification for cost and schedule impacts, in accordance with the PMOC procedure. 11- Experience in working with the G-Suite platform including, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets and MS Office applications. 12- Advanced knowledge of water & sanitation and construction engineering. 13- Eight-8 Year experience in a CFW & WASH Engineer, in technical project implementation and commissioning, construction site and contractor’s management. 14- Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds 15- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
