♦ Lead the architecture and design of technical solutions for customers. Own the design deliverables for assigned area of work (Statement of Work, Architecture documents)

♦ Implement the health model and tune it as per inputs from Field and Technical Expert

♦ Perform technical tasks such as Troubleshooting and tracking it in Grip-Jira Tools.

♦ Collaborate with Product development(R&D)

♦ Build positive and productive working relationship with customer for business growth

♦ Train the End users (Function)/Customer Technical staff (Administration).

♦ Reporting to the Management on contractual conflicts, risks and opportunities.

♦ Manage budget for delivery Projects

♦ Report delivery status to customer

♦ Work with regional sales managers to provide pre/post-sales support – Worked with the sales team to design, propose, and close new deals/opportunities with customers

♦ Worked closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions – Identified requirements, including technical details enough for product definition

♦ Review of final tender documents to ensure a thorough understanding of the contract requirements.

♦ Monitoring budget reports on monthly basis and investigates & reconcile any significant

♦ Chasing Procurement and Logistics teams for timely delivery of materials

♦ Monitor project progress for milestone achievements and payments

♦ Providing feedback to tendering about ROE (Return of Experience) on executed projects.

♦ Follow-up with Client for receipt of Preliminary Acceptance Certificate (PAC).

♦ Punch list clearance and receipt of Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) from Client.
