Responsibilities Performing In Al Rashid (RTCC) KSA

  • Preparing and checking of joint measurements sheets with consultant for IPC’s as per approved inspection requests, drawings and BOQ.(Civil &Arch)
  • Preparation and checking of sub-contractor & supplier invoice.
  • Maintain proper record of IPC’s and variations quantities till next R-BOQ
  • Preparation of bar bending schedule.
  • Claims MEP work as per Prepared taking off sheet and inspection Request.

Responsibilities Performing  In NLC Pakistan

  • Same Above as Worked in RTCC And Some are More as Below
  • Calculation for all kinds of quantities and materials as per base line program like (Earth work, road work, structure works, building works, underpass/ bridges, storm water, potable water, irrigation network, waste water, gas etc.)
  • Rate analysis for each item.
  • Evaluate unit rates for new item of works.
  • Making of forecasting BOQ. 
  • Preparation and Rechecking of Tender BOQ.
  • Comparison statement for supplier & subcontractors.
  • Procurement schedule and requisition for Materials.
  • Follow up the monthly invoices until transfer to the company account.
  • Calculation for De-escalation/Escalation according PEC formula.
  • Coordination with consultant.

Responsibilities Performing In Bahria Town & Minawa. (Pakistan)

  • Checking and reviewing IPC of  the Main Contractor
  • Checking and reviewing bar bending schedule
  • Maintain work progress report and re-conciliation report.

EDUCATION:-

  • Bachelor of Technology B-Tech (Hons) Civil 04 years from Sarhad University of Science & Information Technology Peshawar Pakistan, Categorized as “W3”
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering 03 years from Board of Technical Education Peshawar Pakistan.
  • Secondary School Certificate from Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Kohat Pakistan.
