Ioanna Manousaki

Currently I’m remotely working as legal consultant in the Tax Division of National Bank of Greece .  My duties of a banking attorney involve among others  providing legal support and advising banks and financial organizations about regulations, contracts, and other finance issues. I also support with negotiations, structuring and handling financial arrangements, and conducting due diligence and ensure to balance compliance by adhering to all applicable laws and regulations (which are often across multiple jurisdictions). Another element of my role as a banking and tax lawyer is to take an active interest in future trends that may influence a transaction and search for advantageous and lucrative solutions from a tax point of view when drawing up new aggrements with third parties.
     

I am working as a lawyer in Greece since 2017 and I have extensive experience in banking and tax law. 

In 2017 I acquired my Masters degree in Philosophy and Economics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. 
Among other things I dealt with banking products and banking contracts as well as with financial services and general banking issues.
