I am an ambitious young woman with the drive and passion for greatness. I am flexible and hard-working. I excel at working with students and enjoy sharing experiences and cultures and I am always looking for growth opportunities. Over the last 7 years, I have had different teaching experiences which have armed me with the knowledge and patience that are essential when working as a teacher.

I first started teaching in 2015 after I passed the Tunisian CAPES (Secondary School Teaching Diploma). I taught at a public high school that is located in the southern part of the country for three years. There, I was responsible for conducting English classes and assessing students' progress while following a national curriculum. I also had to prepare my 4th year students for the national baccalaureate test. Afterward, I started seeking more opportunities since I was always interested in discovering more about the world.

The next opportunity was in one of the branches of Kid Castle, China, which is a training center specializing in teaching children between the ages of 3 and 15. The school had its private curriculum, books, and software which were eye-opening for me as a teacher who was only used to the public schools of my country. This was a different kind of experience as I needed to quickly get accustomed to following the Chinese preferred way of teaching.

My latest employment has been with another school in China, Premier English. This school proved to be a challenge since it caters to different age groups (3-year-olds to adults). In addition, Most of the work was left up to me since the school didn't have a set curriculum for some levels/classes. So, I had to come up with my lesson plans, worksheets, and PowerPoints. I also had to take part in test preparation classes like IELTS.
