• Providing leadership and guidelines to the maintenance team lead and manage the day to day maintenance  activities 
• Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Obtaining specialist component and fixtures or fittings
• Develop and execute the annual CAPEX plan
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Ensuring compliance with healthy and safety legislation HSE
• Develop the technical standards,  procedures ,  specification,  drawings and documents related to the maintenance assets 
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
