  • Maintain and updated the Saipem Global EDMs tool Page for all Sub Contractor / Vendor Documents in daily basis.
  • Preparing Incoming/Outgoing Transmittals through Page for all Client, Subcontractor and Vendor Documents.
  • Maintain the Cosy tool especially for STQ, ESI & FDC for Distribution to respective discipline engineer and Report generation.
  • The “Issue for Construction”/”Final Issue” documents are notified to the construction team in daily basis, as well loaded in the Server for their easy access and updated in Page too.
  • Maintaining Document archive room for all project documentation.
  • Update the backup in the main server for all transmittals, correspondence and technical reports in every week.
  • Ensure the Project team and the sub contractors/Vendors are complying with Project document management system process and procedures.
  • Follow up with the client for delay of document approvals which are exceeding due date.
  • Follow up with the Internal Project team for review of Subcontractor/vendor documents in order to return back within due time.
  • Maintain the subcontractor documents and STQ’s in local server for site team easy access and for printout requirements.
  • Assist construction team for drawing plot requirements.
  • RedLine Markup drawings logs maintain and updated whenever we received from subcontractor and notify contraction/Engineering team for their approval.
  • Assign the user access of SharePoint tool for Bulk upload document transfers.
  • Maintain the Subcontractor Monthly Work Progress Report in Local Server for access of Qman dept.
  • Well-versed knowledge in Page, Cosy and SharePoint tool.
