• Designing and developing level 3 tender programme with S – curves and “planning – execution – monitoring – controlling” methodology and strategy in pre-contract stages.
• Developing baseline with narration: assigning required codes, loading recourses, and cost, histogram, S-curves, production rate analysis of the available resources.
• Complete resource planning including labour and non labour (Machinery) as per project scope using productivity norms.
• Updating the progress of works and generating look-ahead for weekly adherence, generating reports.
• Evaluate the performance of project execution and review the progress of work against the planned / baseline schedule. 
• Identify update requirement of manpower, direct materials, direct consumable and equipment based on look-ahead plan.

• Monitor key parameters like labour efficiency, material wastage rate and equipment utilization etc.
• Prepare Estimation and schedule for any variations or change orders.
• Preparing labour forecasts report for management.
• Develop the constructability section of the project Execution plan (PEP) for each phase and each area of activity required to deliver the project in the execution phase.
• Liaise with project team and internal departments to obtain critical planning information required to update and progress project plans.
• Identify the critical path activities; notify the project manager with on the areas of concern, uncompleted activities, delays and corrective measures.
• Controlling project team in line with time, cost, and performance to achieve the project specific milestones.
• Attending in progress meeting, coordination meeting & procurement meeting liaising with sub-Contractor to get the target tentative dates for delivery to prevent any delay. 
• Cost controlling by carrying out productivity analysis with the actual and budgeted resources.
• Preparation of monthly progress payment Application, Prolongation and Acceleration Cost.
