I have more than 12 years’ work experience in Quality Control, Project Management, Electrical Field.

Facilities Management Site Engineer (2019–Now)

Utility Tunnel Project, Qatar

Experience in Project Management. Coordinate and monitor the activities of the subcon companies inside the Utility Tunnel. 

Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the wide range of subcon companies include Vodafone, Oredo, Naffco, CAT, Sinohydro, Mirrikh, Voltage, AL Balagh, Cesco, Gulf Lights, Integra, Avanceon. Reporting to the Project manager, QC manager and QHSE Manager.

Risk Management, Identify the Risks associated with the project. Work on the Risk Register. 

Prepare the Risk mitigation plan. Report on potential risks and their responses. Risk Assessment and documentation.

Electrical experience in PPM planning and scheduling, Corrective Maintenance and Reactive maintenance. 

Electrical equipment inspection and report making. PAT documents. 

Quality control documentation, inspection, reporting. Annual Risk Management, inspections, and associated client audits/inspections, facility sprinkler system maintenance, testing and impairment programs.

Preparing reports as per the FM standards

Managing more than 40000 assets, 33 substations(11KV), 316 Tunnel Ventilation Systems, 1200 Drainage Systems, MV panel, Fire Fighting System and 496 Electrical Distribution Systems, Generators (10) and Pump rooms 24 (sewage pumps, storm water pumps and potable water).

Experiences in PPM planning and scheduling (as per SFG 20 and OM), Corrective Maintenance and Reactive maintenance.

Managed a team of 90 including supervisors, technicians’ workers, and cleaners to ensure operational maintenance including hard and soft services.

Responsible for audit report responses and coordination of closing associated action items in a timely manner.
