• Preparation and Review of method statements, ITP and checklists • Preparation of different internal forms e.g., IWIR, IMIR • Preparation of logs for inspections, materials delivery, calibration log, NCNs log,Internal quality tracker log etc. • Internal inspection of all project material delivered to site. • Taking consultant approval for all the delivered material to site. • Internal inspections to all installed mechanical services as per project standards. • Submission of work inspection request (IR) to consultant • Conducted inspection with consultant and taking approval for all installations. • Resolve all Site issues on time. • Closing NCRs issued by consultant / contractor. • Witnessing of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. • Closing of snags issued post commissioning activities. • Assisting quality manager in audit of different departments • Planned the sequence of activities and estimated the resources within the activity schedules. • Supervised site Team in all mechanical works installation. • Monitored the progress status on a weekly basis and see of slippages wherecorrective action is to be taken. • Updated the progress achieved to date and forecast for the following week inaddition to any other issues which need to be resolved. • Interfaced with procurement to review the status of procurement activities and take corrective action as needed. • Distributed the information and coordinated with suppliers to resolve technical queries in terms of material, drawings, deliveries, etc. • Supervised and organized the installation works by subcontractor. • Any other assignment allocated by the Management from time to time.
