A. Keeps abreast of changes in relevant Government procedures, forms and government personnel and updates project directors with relevant information /
guidance.
B. Reviews comments of Governmental agencies and guides Project Directors for
necessary changes / amendments for clearance.
C. Coordinating with Municipality, Kharmma & Ashgal (PWA) to obtain
Completion Certification once project handed over.
D. Provide preventive advice to the Senior Management and the different
departments of the company in technical interface aspects related to their work.
E. Interpret contract documents including plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
F. Make recommendations on engineering problems, and review drawings,
specifications, and installations for constructability.
G. Preparation of reports and submissions with conceptual elements.
H. Collect data to brief Client on project issues and provide possible resolutions in
addition to reviewing and drafting responses to correspondence.
I. Preparation of daily and monthly reports and presentations for the client. 
J. Investigation Security, safety, and preservation of the environment in the course of Work. 
K. Reviewing the design on Landscape and irrigation networks for assigned Projects. 
L. Reviewing the proposed landscape and irrigation materials for compliance, quality, and suitability with Qatar Construction Standards QCS.
M. Ensuring designs and drawings are compliant with municipal standards and client requirements with scope of work and contract requirements.
N. Submit and track comments, queries, technical clarifications, etc.
O. Review materials samples, shop drawings, performance designs for compliance with specifications
P. Final check and verification of all site plans, profiles, designs, and cost estimation of the complete landscape and irrigation schemes including all irrigation infrastructures.
Q. Reviewing BOQ (bill of quantity) of all Landscape and Irrigation works.
R. Coordinate all technical activities in all the sites to make sure the design for construction of landscape and irrigation is according to the engineering standards mentioned in the project Technical Specifications.
