• Organized and facilitated the complete construction process for all managed developments, from planning through to delivery
• Maintaining proper Inspection Records and communication with the clients' site discipline engineers/Foreman on all project related issues.
• Supervising and implementing on site national and international codes of practice in conjunction with QCS-2014.
• Review technical Submissions like shop drawings, Material Submittals,Material inspection Reports, Inspection request following with contractors and ensure quality of work.
• Provide technical design support for infrastructure design including sanitary sewers, water mains, site layout, utility layout, grading, cut and fill (site optimization) and drainage Independently create detailed designs, plans, specifications, and estimates for water and wastewater pipelines
• Ensure that all construction works are performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
• Attend Safety Walk, near misses and participate toward Zero LTI
• Structural Analysis and Design RCC Structures ETABS,SAFE,Load Calculation.
• Coordinate with the Surveyors to check the line and grade of ready work and completed work for conformance with the plans and specifications.
• Safe Work method statement and safety measurement to be ensured at execution.
• To be fully familiar and up to date with latest and Industry standards and ensure compliance of project design with these latest standards.
• Provide construction support services, including design clarifications, shop drawing reviews, response to RFIs, site visits, attend meetings, etc.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, drafters, inspectors, and support staff
• Ability to make engineering calculations, estimates, and designs
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications;
• Ability to generate reports of on-site inspections and observations;
