Budget and Cost Control Engineer / BAHADIR CONSTRUCTION

PROJECT:     AL UDEID AIR BASE ACCOMMODATION & SUPPORTING FACILITIES  (QATAR)

CLIENT:        QATAR ARMED FORCES (QAF) & US ARMED FORCED (USAF)

The project consists of the construction of Billets & Dining Facilities: 159,005.00 m2, Road Works, Carparks & Junctions: 94,075.00 m2, Utility Structures: 7,768.00 m2, Utility Networks: 71,203.00 mt. 

• Making unit price and man hour productivity analysis to estimating baseline (direct & indirect) budget,
• Updating the revised budget according to the design, contacts, UP changes etc. 
• Preparation of cost to complete reports for the relevant budget 
• Checking the relevance of all site material and labor requests with the budget, according to the activities and subcontractors’ responsibility and following up approval process by using ERP
• Making necessary revisions, monitoring and reporting commitments and variances in related with cost control structures by monthly basis
• Preparing accrual and cash flows
• Preparing performance report working on KPIs

PROJECT:     GAZIANTEP INTEGRATED HEALTH CAMPUS PROJECT   (TURKEY)

CLIENT:        MINISTRY OF HEALTH 

The project scope includes the design, procurement and construction of hospital buildings (1875 beds in total) within the campus and the operation and maintenance over a 25 years period after commissioning. In addition to the construction of main hospital buildings (main hospital core and four towers), an administration building for the Provincial Directorate of Health, a high security psychiatry hospital, a rehabilitation hospital and technical services buildings will integrate to the Campus. The total sanitary area is 638,089.00 m2.   

• Prepare, conduct researches for the reasons, monitor, evaluate the precautions and recommended the appropriate solutions of ITP (Inspections and Test Plan), RFI (Request for Information) and NCR (Non-Conformity Report) with the field quality control team.
• Transfer the entire quality assurance documents to the company’s corporate management program (Aconex), and update the authorization management of documents. Arrange and ensure the substantial procedure control records in an observable manner and applicable to be transferred to employer.
• Inform the recommended and necessary precautions of the possible warning related to the contractual and legal legislations of quality assurance documents to whom it concerns.
• Ensure, review and finalize the approval of the appropriate construction materials and plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations during the entire construction project.
• Daily Site control of Mock-Up areas according to planning with construction time.
• Control of the progress reports on behalf of the quality control department, reporting to the Planning and Cost Control Department.
