Supervised operation & maintenance of McQuay Chiller, Condenser and associated Pumps.  Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or required.  Attended Operation, maintenance of plant Utilities and field devices at plant.  Conducted Megger Test of compressor motor plus 3.3 KV busbar.  Calibrated safety valves and other field devices.  Coordinates with Client/Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.  Analyze reasons of failure of plants and provides specific diagnostic, problem analysis and specify the necessary remedial actions for Management approval.  Supervised troubleshooting and testing of electrical and instrumentation equipment's.  Reported daily and monthly data to higher management.  Carried out maintenance of 220V DC Battery Bank & UPS.  Carried out daily inspection and Maintenance of Electrical and UPS Panels.  Witnessed the tests, controls and inspections carried out of Electrical and instrumentation Field devices.  Operation of plant auxiliaries carried out via SCADA system.  Supervised chilled water supply to Qatar Foundation facilities centers as per demand.  Performed analysis and tests of MV/LV Busbar, Circuit Breakers of plant.  Managing regular preventive maintenance and prepare annual PM for all the equipment’s.  Monitoring , maintaining & Controlling DDC Panel Equipment's like Power Supply Modules, Bus Connection Modules, Automation controller for integration.  Weekly testing of fire fighting system including Electrical and Diesel Generator Pumps.  Documented & completed all relevant technical reports, daily inspection and maintenance sheets of all electrical equipment’s in an accurate way.  Closely observed the operation of primary, secondary, condenser and motorize valve
