I am a seasoned Food safety professional with over 10 years of experience in food safety, hygiene management, quality control, and assurance. Holding a strong academic foundation in Food Science & Technology, I have consistently delivered excellence in high-pressure environments by implementing international standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Currently, I serve as a QHSE Officer at Amwaj Catering Services in Qatar, where I lead food safety operations for both Central Production Units and Qatar Energy offshore projects. My role during FIFA 2022, where Amwaj was among the top three food production units, showcased my ability to manage complex QHSE protocols with precision and proactive risk management.

Previously, I worked in the UAE as a Hygiene Officer for ADNOC and Borouge, ensuring compliance across diverse facilities. My expertise includes internal audits, pandemic control measures, risk assessments, staff training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

I bring over 10 years of comprehensive experience in Food Safety, In-Process Quality Control, Hygiene, and QHSE across diverse sectors and high-stakes environments.

QHSE/Food Safety Officer – Amwaj Catering Services, Qatar (Aug 2022 – Present):
Currently assigned to the Qatar Energy LNG Offshore Project, where I oversee food safety operations. Previously, I managed QHSE functions across multiple remote kitchens, Central Production Units (CPU), and dining facilities, ensuring compliance with MOPH, MIC, and QE regulations. I also served as the QHSE Lead for the FIFA 2022 Central Processing Unit project, contributing to one of Qatar’s top three food production units.

Hygiene Officer – Gulf Asia Catering and Camp Management Services LLC, Abu Dhabi (Dec 2019 – July 2022):
Responsible for maintaining strict food safety standards and pandemic control measures across ADNOC and Borouge contract facilities.

In-Process Quality Control – Olam Food Ingredients, Kochi (Feb 2015 – Nov 2019):
Focused on quality assurance, integrated pest management  and process optimization in food ingredient & spice manufacturing.
