Utilities survey for as built drawings.
 Preparation of detail estimation of quantities item wise for each work.
 Coordination & interaction with clients, ensuring safety & quality of work, coordinate with site
construction superintendents to verify and to ensure that civil end facilities are being completed in
accordance with specifications and standards.
 Responsible for the management of snag clearing, defects investigations and rectifications after the
project has been handed over.
 Monitor and implement of progress of work as per planning schedules and HSE procedures. Mitigation
of wastages and re-work.
