• Manage day to day on-site operation (First class & Business class lounges) which includes general & deep cleaning as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Establishing procedures for work and compile a daily inspection checklist to monitor the standard of work and the completion of the schedule to ensure the relevant KPIs are consistently met
• Carry out cleaning standards self and joint audits with client representatives, to an agreed timetable and take appropriate action where a shortfall in standards is identified
• Monitor and report any assets or property damages to the fault reporting centre (FRC) by raising work orders for maintenance
• Training the staffs on Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain the desired level of performance and leading Quality Assurance Standards (QAS)
• Monitor and record sickness and absence for staffs, undertaking return to work interviews with staff following periods of sickness or absence
• Mentor cleaning teams on their appraisal and advise them on how to improve their performance where required
• Handling housekeeping paperwork including reports, worksheets, activity logs, checklists and also making/ organizing the weekly, monthly and annually operational reports
• Ensuring the standards of compliance, health & safety and hygiene are as per the standards at all the time
• Manage all services such as cleaning, waste management, pest control, replenish and distribute supplies, equipment in a timely manner to ensure the continued performance of custodial services and assigned locations

High school or equivalent
