Monitoring and evaluation officer – Full Time - Remotely

Acting monitoring and evaluation senior officer (14th of November 2021 –28th of November 2021):
- mange, orient Syria field team and conduct one to one meetings to evaluate and asses the field team's weaknesses and strengthen points and their needs for capacity building trainings.
- Orient, lead Syria MEL fieldteam and provide support in the field planning.
- Produce analytical summaries from the monitoring tools: graphs, charts,tables, narratives, and appealing visuals, as requested, to fulfill internal and external reporting requirements
- Act as a link between MEL systems processes/results and reporting, feeding information to online systems to help ensure accurate information is incorporated into all reports and information products, between the field and Amman office.
Acting Community Accountability Reporting Mechanism Senior Officer (February 2022 – May 2022):
- Ensure functioning complaints and response mechanism, through effective collection of complaints from different channels.
- Handling of a centralized telephone based and internet feedback mechanisms in daily bases.
- Complete data entry, analysis, management and ensure quality of the accountability database.
- Maintenance of an effective record and filing system for all complaints solved and pending issues including correspondences and other related documents for quick and easy reference.
- Ensure that the complaints are kept confidential and access to that information is in line with the guidelines.
- Insure timely response from relevant departments on feedback received from the field and concerns raised by communities on Mercy corps activities.
- Regular coordination with MC partners to ensure the presence of sufficient mechanism for CARM implementation under the direct implementation of the partners.
- Communicate and disseminate complaints handling procedures, policies and tools as appropriate to beneficiaries, project staff and other stakeholders.
- Support MEL and program teams on participants’ accountability.
- Work with MEL and program teams to ensure standard accountability tools, methods and guidelines are rolled out.
Monitoring and evaluation / Data officer. (September 2020 –June 2022):

Use advanced Microsoft Excel to createpivot tables and pivot reporting, as well as use Vlookup function.
Develop and manage monthly participants counting through designing an interactive database to provide accurate data for the unique and repeated project beneficiaries. ➢ Prepare advance XLS forms for ONA as needed.

Lead the virtual MEL trainings on the use of data collection forms, assessment forms, mobile data collection and other topics as needed
Demonstrate experience with providing capacity building trainings on data cleaning, qualitative and quantitative data analysis and trainings on MS excel.
Assist in track the implementation MEL activities, including baselines, end lines, post distribution monitoring surveys, as well as MEL plans. Work as part of a team and support MEL operations including planning, baseline and endline surveys, regularmonitoring, data collection and analysis, feedback, and weekly reporting.
Ensure Syria field team always have the most recent version of all MEL tools and documents.

04.2019 – 08.2020 PLAN INTERNATION FOR DEVELOPMENT AND ORGANISTION WORKS "NGO" LOCATEDIN JORDAN

Monitoring and Evaluation Clerk – full time

Document controller (hard copies and soft copies).
Coordinatemeeting between internaland external staff.
Assist in creatinglogical framework, and MEAL plans
Follow-up on accountability process and conduct accountability orientation for the local partner and beneficiaries.
Support the process of needs assessments, baseline studies,mid-term reviews.
Work and submitfinal reports.
Train staff on use of any new tools and data management and contribute to trainings on Monitoring and Evaluation fundamental
Assist in developing dashboards by using powerBI for easy analysis of program results and ensure that the results are continuously updated.

08. 2018 – 03.2019 MONITROING AND EVALUATION VOLUNTEER IN PLAN INTERNATION FOR DEVELOPMENT AND ORGANISTION WORKS "NGO" IN JORDAN

Basic data analysis: data cleaning and data preparation, design and analyzing data using different tools and train the users on it.
Support and monitor partner M&E process ensure all required documents are collected Creating forms, collecting form data, visualizing and analyzing disaggregated data using KoBo toolbox.
Data entry of attendance sheets,registration forms, pre and post assessment.
