I have 25years teaching experience. My teaching philosophy is student centered and to create a positive environment that is condusive for learning. I believe learning is a lifelong journey where every situation is a learning experience. I believe in the use of different teaching methodologies depends on the uniqueness of the situation and learner at hand where diffrentiation is the key to bring out the uniqueness of each learner. I am an organized discipline person and a team player. I do not shy away for challenges.
