1. organization structure:

  • Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll over time Vacations Absences Monthly Incentives and Commissions
  • Annual budget work for human resources management
  • Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labour laws

 

5. Employee Relations:

 

  • Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically
  • Coordination with the Legal Affairs regarding workers' complaints
  • Investigate employee relations issues &work to ensure human resources related decisions are fair.

7. Record Keeping:

  • Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labor Qatar  laws or Supreme Committee Standards
  • Develop and formulate human resources policy and procedures
  • Review, renewal or end it of employees' work contract
  • Supervising the work and implementation of the annual leave plan (Ticket Booking, renewal of ID., clearance )
  • Annually review the department works and execution are going compliance with ISO 9001:2015 @ 2018

8. Administration:

  • Do what is necessary towards achieving the company's approved plan
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
  • Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.
  • Inspect the accommodation / labour camp. Involve in ISO Audits / Supreme Committee Audits.
  • Review the procedures and forms, follow up the necessary licenses and commercial records, ensure that all official documents are valid and renew those that have expired
  • Ensure that the administrative instructions issued are administered and implemented
  • Review, renewal or end it of contracts the company in accordance with the company's general plan
  • Review and renew all car licenses, drivers and insurance in coordination with transport supervisor 
  • Review and renewal of employees' insurance contracts for work with coordination with the Department of Legal Affairs
  • Review and renewal Contracts for pest control companies whether at the workers' accommodation or company
  • Audit of housing maintenance, administrative buildings and offices
  • Good representation of the company in front of other companies or customers

9. PR section:

  • Supervision of the company's visas
  • Supervision and renewal of ID.
  • Supervision and renewal of health cards.

10. facility management and Other :

  • Keep employees safe and implement health and safety procedures.
  • Directing and coordinating reception, security, maintenance, transportation, accommodation and restaurant sections
