knowledge of industry capability 
• Develop solutions to reduce energy consumption using knowledge of emerging 
technologies and known characteristics of facilities under management.  
• Addressing environmental and sustainability concerns by identifying short-term and long-
range issues and recommending options and courses of action to monitor the company’s 
activities and obligations with respect to regulatory requirements, good corporate practice, 
and commitments. 
• Evaluating, planning and improving environmental and sustainability monitoring programs 
with procedural and/or equipment improvements. 
• Ensuring Environmental & Sustainability compliance for projects during Design & Build, 
Construction and Operation.
