I am an adaptable professional with extensive experience in English language training (IELTS, OET, PTE, ESL), sales, administration, customer service, and exam proctoring. Over the past several years, I have trained learners across Kuwait, Qatar, Australia, and Pakistan, delivering personalized lessons, preparing students for international exams, and guiding them toward improved performance in all four language skills. My roles have included developing individualized study plans, coordinating mock exams, analyzing learner performance, and maintaining up-to-date curricula aligned with exam standards.                                                                                                                                         Alongside my training background, I bring strong experience in sales, customer relations, office management, and AI-assisted business operations, including CRM handling (HubSpot, Salesforce), lead management, documentation, scheduling, and client engagement. I have also gained practical exposure in medical billing, administrative workflow management, and customer interaction across different industries. My qualifications include a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), complemented by specialized diplomas in Public Health and AI in Healthcare. I also hold a Level 5 TEFL certification, which strengthens my expertise in English language instruction, along with certifications in Artificial Intelligence in Sales (hubspot, salesforce etc), AI in Health, and Medical Billing. I also have Sales and management related trainings.
