 1-ACC Operating Theatre have 14 operating theatre with multyspecialities such as (Otorhinolaryngology,Urology,Ophthalmology,General Surgery,Plastic Surgery,Dental Surgery and Pediatric Surgery) with elective and emergency case including both adult and pediatric with average 70 cases daily. and also we have PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) with 20 rooms and Pre-Operative with 12 room which all contain huge complex health care data. 2-To Perform analysis on ACC Operating Theater ,PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) and Pre-Operative department utilization,census and dashboard. 3-To Record ACC Operating Theater ,PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) and Pre-Operative department cancellation ,turnover time and Starting Time details. 4-To Monitor non-surgical time performance in ACC Operating Theater. 5- To Analyze and report QIP(Quality Ipmrovement Project) in ACC Operating Theater ,PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) and Pre-Operative department. 6-To Analyse and report the time discrepancy,Shuffling room error and other issues in ACC Operating Theater ,PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) and Pre-Operative department. 7- To Monitor and collect NDNQI(National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators) and IPSG (International Patient Safety Goalst) in ACC Operating Theater ,PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) and Pre-Operative department. 8- To Provide information and intelligence through the collation / extraction and analysis of health care data using proven analytical techniques.
