• Proven track record of post-contract works implementation, leading teams, and performing all activities associated with commercial management and administration of complex high-value construction contracts.
• Working closely with project management, and construction teams, planning and coordinating work on multiple contracts, producing risk assessments, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to the correct specification, and working to strict health & safety regulations.
• Significant experience in the production of precise contractual correspondences, contractual notices, and replies.
• Lead the compilation of procurement and tendering documents, critically reviewing the tender returns, technical and commercial evaluations, contract negotiations, award of contracts, and reporting as required.
• Monitoring, following up and reporting on all subcontractors’ progress against the contract.
• Overseeing the application and payments process and ensuring the payments are an accurate reflection of works done on-site and are in accordance with the contract.
• Ensuring and maintaining all bonds, warranties, insurances, undertakings, etc. are in accordance with the contract.
• Strong in claims management, administration, defending, assessment, and response: including extensions of time, and prolongation cost claims 
• Following up with the clients to ensure the timely release of all contractual payments, guiding higher management on critical matters, and strengthening and defending the company’s position against all contractual counterparts.
• Sound knowledge of conditions of contracts and contract resolution.
• Main/subcontract valuations and final accounts, contract closeouts, and variation orders.
• Application of the applicable legislative requirements in project management to bring success to the company.
