My current role is a Visual manager which is responsible for managing visual staffs, leading the Floor visual execution, conducting visual trainings and product knowledge, preparing markdown execution, signages / marketing collaterals, cleanliness standards, Weekly visual changes, business analysis (department sales and margin), Sell off timelines and action and training responsibilities aligned.
