Direct Support and Assistance  Design Review and project estimation & budget submission.  Modification of Design related to Mechanical Systems as required based on site conditions and client requirements.  Preparation of Technical Submittals for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, BMS. Mar’2020 – Present Sr. Technical Engineer - Mechanical BUTEC WLL Qatar  Preparation of Enquiry Packages & Techno-commercial evaluations for all Mechanical Related materials for Suppliers and Subcontractors.  Preparation of Responsibility Matrices to support contract formation.  Subcontractor Prequalification review and approval.  BOQ Preparation, Budget and Manpower estimation support during tender stage.  Submission of Calculation reports related ESP, HVAC Load calculations using HAP, Duct Sizing, Pump head, supports load.  Leading & coordinating the drafting team and ensuring submissions in a timely manner.  Responsible for preparation of Shop Drawings for all mechanical services, installation details coordinated services drawings with other trades, builders work drawings.  Preparation of method Statements, Inspection & test plans, Installation and Commissioning Checklists.  Preparation of Testing and Commissioning Plans and Procedures.  Preparation of cost analysis / variation reports in case of any deviation from the scope of works and obtain client approval of the same.  Prepare/review operation & maintenance / training manuals pertaining to MEP trades.  Prepare redline mark-up for MEP trades. Execute preparation of as-built drawings where applicable.  Any other duty assigned by the MEP Manager.
