I am responsible for the smooth running of the front office department, ensuring efficient operation for the 2022 FIFA World cup visitors during their stay in the Accor accommodations and apartments in Qatar.

I was responsible for entire operations of the bank branch, ensuring seamless service delivery for the customers. A key player in setting up new branches, mobilizing funds from zero balance to achieving over a billion CABAL balance within a calendar year.
Supervised over 40 staff from 4 departments at a given time, with efficient material managing skills, surpassed the budgeted profit with 20%.
