• complaints regarding housekeeping then take corrective action
•  Inspect guest rooms prior to checking- in or in pick up status. And following DND procedure.
•  Plan schedules for housekeeping staffs and Hand out individual work assigning
•  Issue supplies to housekeeping staff at the beginning of each shift Clean rooms, lounges, lobbies, bathrooms and hallways. And attending guests
•  Supervise room cleaning and replenishing duties
•  Dust and polish wooden surfaces, furniture’s, and check light bulbs fuses and all maintenances. Replenish bathroom and mini bar supplies
• Report to Executive housekeeper and assistant Executive.
• Train new staff. 
• Assign task and inspect areas worked on.
• Take stock to ensure that an adequate amount of supplies are present. 
• Recommend promotion and dismiss.
• Investigate Making duty roster and updating discrepancy, Making sure all master keys proper handover.
• Arranging shift.
• Supervising the junior staff to make sure everything goes on smoothly.
•  Giving reports about the status of the rooms and keeping records of lost and found.
• To check grooming of room attendant on daily basis
