Job details:

 Dealing with Behavioral and Emotional Difficulties.
 Conducting the one on one sessions with Students.
 Working as a counselor for all stages Kg, Primary and secondary students.
 Conducting parent meetings regarding, behavioral and emotional issues.
 Mentoring and Counselling Students with Emotional issues.
 Supporting the Social Workers across the school.
 Coordination with the Section Heads regarding the progress of the students on the regular basis and any behavior concerns.
 Observe students during lesson time and break.
 Conducting CPD sessions for staff for all key stages to support teachers to effectively handle the students with behavior issues.
 Working with QNSA team as a member of standard 3 and 5 and preparing evidences.
 Coordination with the outside agencies for conducting workshops for students and parents like Naufar, Aman Center health centers etc...
 Coordination with the outside agencies to conduct awareness sessions for students regarding health and learning environment including
surveys and questionnaires.
 If extremely needed, supporting parents and coordinating with them to provide outside psychiatric or psychologists to help their children
and provide them extra support.
 Prepare session plans for privet and group sessions.
 Supervise student’s behavior in cover lessons.
 Follow up on Parents complaint regarding behavior issues of students.
 Translating reports Arabic to English and vice versa if needed.
 Translating for parents and staff members who are none /Arabic speakers if needed.
