I am a Mechanical Engineer with over 12 years of strong technical and managerial experience across the Qatar and India in Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance, Contract Management, Asset Management, and Installation Projects. My career has been defined by delivering operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Since July 2018, I have been serving as a Senior Facilities Services Engineer at Qatar Development Bank, Doha. In this role, I have successfully managed testing, commissioning, and take over during the pre‑opening phase, and currently oversee the operation and maintenance of all hard and soft services. My responsibilities include preventive, predictive, and reliability‑centered maintenance, corrective and reactive maintenance, drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with third‑party service providers, and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor their performance.
