Work closely with the marketingteam to create compelling promotional campaigns and advertisingmaterials.Analyze sales data to understand customer preferences andadjust strategies accordingly.
Monitor customer reviews andfeedback, using insights to improve product selection andpresentation.
Ensure accurate and attractive product listings,including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Address customerqueries and issues related to the Pets category, ensuring a highlevel of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing partners while seeking new potentialpartnerships.
Stay updated with industry trends, consumerpreferences, and competitor strategies.
Conduct regular analysis ofthe Pet market to identify potential opportunities for growth andexpansion.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics,customer service, and IT, to ensure a seamless shopping experiencefor customers.
Ensure all products comply with relevant laws andregulations.
Uphold high-quality standards across all pet essentialsproducts.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?ABachelor's degree in any related field would beadvantageous.
Proven experience in a veterinary clinic or petessential retail is a plus.
Strong understanding of e-commerce anddigital marketing strategies.
Excellent negotiation and vendormanagement skills.
Data-driven with strong analyticalabilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills.
Passion for the pet industry and a keen eye fortrends.
