- Plans, develops, and conducts technical training inaccordance with customer needs and requirements. Identifies anddefines customer technical training needs and requirements anddevelops training proposals.
- Evaluates and determinestraining objectives, content, design, and technologies.
- Uses specialized software technology to research, develop andmodify new and existing media and materials.
- Prepareslesson plans and instructs participants in classrooms, workshopsand computer based training.
- Researches, develops,delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of technical training.
- Develops and documents training standards andspecifications.
- Leads identifying customer technicaltraining needs and requirements and develops training proposals.
- Leads evaluating and determining training objectives,content, design, and technologies.
- Uses specializedsoftware technology to research, develop and modify complex mediaand materials.
- Prepares lesson plans and instructsparticipants.
- Develops and provides recommendations ontraining standards and specifications. This position requires theability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the USGovernment requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S.Secret Clearance Post Start is required.
- Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa,depending on requirements of the country.
- Candidate mustbe able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, asapplicable.
- Employment is contingent on thecandidate's ability to satisfy all labor and immigrationformalities of the country.
- Minimum of 5 years'experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or a lateraircraft.
- Skill equivalent to the USAF Craftsman(7-level) in the appropriate specialty.
- Maintenanceexperience on other 4th or 5th generation military fighterplatforms.
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/orequivalent experience are required.
- Requires experiencein delivering Platform Instruction on F-15 Tactical AircraftMaintenance (F-15)
- Instructor certification
- Classroom / Platform and Practical Instructional experience ishighly desired.
- USAF Instructor, Senior Instructor orMaster Instructor Experience is highly desired or civilianequivalent instructor certification.
- Ability to crosstrain into other mechanical specialties would beadvantageous
