    Purpose:

    Toprovide support in the Technical Services team throughadministrative tasks, on a day to day Aircraft Asset management ofour valuable international customers through managing varioustechnical records such as Job cards, Work orders, Tech Logs,Non-routine cards, EASA Form 1, ARC

    KeyOutcomes:
    What are key accountabilities the incumbent will beresponsible for
    Supplier of Choice (Customer Satisfaction; Quality; Velocity;Efficiency; operational excellence)
    Supporting team on an ad hoc basis
    Industry Partner or Choice (Innovation;Growth)
    Possessing detailedknowledge about technical records
    Records Indexing and Auditing
    Collect and Review/Audit various maintenance documentsto prove the compliance for Airworthiness Directives (AD), ServiceBulletins (SB), Hard Time/ OCCM Components, Engine/Landing Gear/APULLPs (Life Limited Parts) for Back to birth (BtB) traceability,Modifications, Supplemental Type certificate (STC), StructureRepairs, LDND, CPCP (Corrosion Prevention Control Program), SI(Structural Inspection) etc against status listing provided makingsure compliance with contractual return conditions and regulatorycompliance requirement
    Prepare, upload and update summary/status sheet in flydocs systemof all AD, SB, Repair done or HT, OCCM, LLPs components fitted onthe aircraft from given status sheets by client
    Ensure that compliance verificationdocuments are of an acceptable standard of accuracy and quality
    Identify and report to client,discrepancies in technical records and traceability docs
    Prepare, Review, finalize andvalidate various reports as requested by Team Leader/ProjectLead/TRM
    EOL Technical Support[CS update and final preparation for client and Statementspreparation]
    Execute Leasereturn/acquisition project plan through continuously monitoringprogress of project and assist and help Team Leader / Team IndiaProject Lead
    Independentlymanaged or assisted in complete aircraft transition project

    Collaborations
    Internal Collaborators Technical Servicesteam, Product Support team, Product Innovation team

    Requirements

    Candidate Knowledge Skills,&

    Experience Required:
    More than 3 years progressive work experience
    Knowledge/working experienceof flydocs or any other third-party records management platform
    Knowledge of any M&Esoftware like AMOS, STREAM, MXI, TRAX, ULTRAMAIN
    Knowledge of OEM platforms ,
    Possessing working experience on wide andnarrow body aircrafts preferably on Airbus and Boeing
    Experience of CAMO / Asset Management orTechnical Records Department
    Understanding of aircraft and acquisition/lease process



    Desirable:

    Knowledge/working experience of FLYdocs platform
