    • Promote awareness of brand imageinternally and externally.
    • Use sales techniquesthat maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty toMarriott.
    • Communicate with potential owners viatelephone to set up preview packagesales/tours.
    • Encourage guests or callers topurchase or schedule preview packagesales/tours.
    • Explain details and requirementsrelated to attending a sales presentation to potentialowners.
    • Verify that individuals meeteligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior toscheduling a tour for a Marriott vacation clubproperty.
    • Determine and give complimentaries toguests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, showtickets).
    • Perform general office duties tosupport Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails,typing, faxing).
    • Receive, record, and relaymessages accurately, completely, andlegibly.
