Responsible for the review of allMaintenance and Spare Parts deliverables related to Electricalissued by the MIE Projects Contractors,
Ensurethe compliance of Electrical activities withspecifications/standards,
In charge of thetraining and monitoring of Electrical engineers,

YourTasks

HSEQresponsibilities:
- Ensure compliance withIncident Free culture, Health and Safety and Environmentpolicy,
- Support and enforce the project HSEQmanagement system (charters, objectives, directives, plans,procedures and specifications etc.),
- PromoteHSEQ awareness of workforce at all levels through proactiveattitude - site tour management at CTR yard, HSEQ meetings ensuringrisks are identified, actions assigned and managed within Projectteam and Contractors,
- Monitor work activities,especially areas where unsafe acts could occur and ensure thatrisks have been properly identified and assessed prior to workexecution (Job Safety Analysis),
- Ensure thatpotential failures, weaknesses and hazards are immediatelyreported.
During BasicEngineering Phases:
- Ensure that Maintainabilityaspects, handling requirements and Maintenance access are properlyaddressed.
- Participate to design reviews asrequired.
MIEC GeneralResponsibilities:
- Responsible for the review ofall Maintenance and Spare Parts deliverables related to Electricalissued by the MIE Projects Contractors.
- Incharge of the training and monitoring of Electricalengineers.
- Attend weekly and monthly meetingswith MIE Contractors.
- Identify areas ofconcern, challenge and identify / implement improvementmeasures.
- Ensure all outstanding Electricalrelated actions were managed and closed out withintime.
- Provide assistance to the MIE ContractorElectrical leaders to ensure compliance with projectspecifications.
- Participate to Maintenance andSpare Parts MIEC workshops with Company Stakeholders to ensurealignment.
MIEC TechnicalResponsibilities:
- Review documentation bothEPCIC and projects and provide feedback in a timelymanner.
- Coordinate and validate the quality andcompliance of Electrical documents required for the completion ofMaintenance deliverables in theEDMS.
- Participate to 3D model reviews, ensurethat maintainability aspects, maintenance access and handlingrequirements are properly addressed during DetailedEngineering.
- Contribute to the development ofnew or updating of Electricalstandards.
- Participation in criticalityreviews, RBM studies or equivalent to ensure Electrical relatedMaintenance requirements are properlyaddressed.
- Review and validate the ElectricalMaintenance Work Instructions.
- Guarantee thequality of the technical description for all Electrical spareparts, commissioning/start up, capital and operational ensuringpurchase requisition specification and relevant certification arecorrect.
- Provide technical clarification forthe procurement of Electrical spare parts asrequired.
- Participate to the review of theMaintenance dossiers prepared by the MIEContractors.
ProjectResponsibilities:
- Provide support as required tocommissioning activities,
- Facilitate efficientcommunication/information flow with Head of Maintenance andInspection Engineering, Project team, stakeholders and NOCMaintenance department,
- Attend FAT/SAT asrequired by project/company.
- Ad-hoc activitiesas required by line manager,
- All staff must bewilling to participate in Crisis Response Training and to assistduring Emergency Response Situations ifrequired.
