    Develop early work opportunitiesoneachproject and as part of the overall delivery strategiesensurethatall opportunities to advance works on site havebeenrealized Chair/ facilitate Value Engineeringon projects at keymilestones toensure maximum value opportunitieshave been realizedthrough thedevelopment process and the bestvalue for moneyachievedManage/facilitate riskmanagement procedures and processeswith theHSE manager inhousedesign team consultants and contracturetoensure that the clientis aware of all risks mitigatedwherepossible or managed the riskso that any potential impact ontheperformance of our projects isminimal Coordinate with theprojectcontroldepartment and allocate staff on program changecontrol andclaimson each project Coordinate with theclientprocurementdepartment on all commercial issues on eachproject toensure thatdue process and contractual obligations havebeenfollowed and thatthe optimum retail outcome position isrealizedCoordinate withStakeholder managementto ensure effective andpractical managementof all Statutoryapprovals for each projectManage all clientenduserclients ensuring that they are fullyinformed of projectperformanceand status with realtimereportingEnsure all client HSSE policiesandprocedures are fully integratedinto eachproject Takeappropriate action on poorlyperformingprojects Provided detailedreports on areas of concernimpact on theparticular project and themitigation strategyproposed forrectification of poorlyperformingtasks Closely monitor allpotential changerequestsensuring they are escalated to theExecutive Director anduploadedto the appropriate workflow streamsfor review andapproval Manageall project conflicts to ensurethatproject performance is nothindered Ensurethat all weeklyFortnightly and Monthly reports aregenerated bythe consultantscontractors and client internal projectstaff inrealtime and issuedto the appropriate Executive Managementat therequired times Overseethe quality control ofall elementswithin each allocated projectincluding design mockupsand finalconstruction Ensureoverallresponsibility over their allocatedproject teams for thetechnicalperformance of the project ensuringdesign defects andconstructiondefects are addressed effectivelyTake the leadrole incoordinating with all client teams that impactProjectperformanceand ensure that all internal stakeholdersareeffectively managedTheir requirements (where possible)areincorporated withineachproject Qualifications ExperienceKnowledge andSkills Bachelorin Civil engineering or otherEngineering fieldsto years of relevantexperience Middle EastExperience Abu Dhabi ExperienceMajorprogram/projects/infrastructure/buildingsexperience ProjectManagementBusiness Reasoning Commercial Acumen Contract ManagementCostEstimation Analysis Crisis ManagementPlanning&Budgeting ManagingCustomers
