    Shelter Group is a leading company in thereal estate industry, providing a wide range of residential andcommercial properties to clients nationwide.

    We are seeking ahighly organized and experienced Facility Manager to join our team.

    As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing themaintenance, repair, and operations of our properties, ensuringthat they are safe and well-maintained for our tenants andvisitors.

    In this role, you will work closely with our propertymanagement team to develop and implement maintenance strategies, aswell as ensure compliance with local regulations and safetystandards.

    You will also be responsible for managing and schedulingmaintenance staff, contractors, and service providers. The idealcandidate for this position is a self-motivated and detail-orientedindividual with strong leadership skills. You should have a solidunderstanding of building systems and maintenance processes, aswell as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    Additionally, you should have a proven track record of managingfacilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily maintenance andoperations of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, clean,and well-maintained.
    • Develop and implement maintenanceschedules and strategies, including preventative maintenanceprograms.
    • Manage and coordinate maintenance staff,contractors, and service providers, ensuring that work is completedon time and to high standards.
    • Conduct regularinspections of the properties to identify any maintenance or repairneeds, and take appropriate action to addressthem.
