    We envisage success in this role toinclude;


    • Responsible for attending requestsfor inspection for all survey and setting out based work on a dailybasis, ensuring that all works are validated onsite.
    • Checking the contractor'sdrawings and site operations in relation to required survey checksand reviews.
    • Reviewing, understanding andimplementing on site the current QCS (Qatar ConstructionSpecification) requirements.
    • Preparing dailyproject reports (written and photographic) on progress of the worksfor survey related matters.
    • Reviewing andcommenting on shop drawings for setting out accuracy and identifyany existing areas which may be affected by the proposed roadconstruction works.
    • Assisting the Senior LandSurveyor to address key stakeholder queries in relation to theorientation of the proposed works as required.
    • Continually monitoring the works to ensure the contractor complieswith his agreed site safety policies and proposed methods ofworking and where necessary prohibit continuation of unsafeexecution of works by the Contractor.
    • Ensuringthat any safety concerns are reported to the site management teamand relevant safety officers.
    • Attendingperiodical technical, safety, quality and progress meetings as andwhen required.
    • Constantly reviewing thecontractors ongoing and scheduled work to ensure that potentialissues are identified and raised prior to causing an impact on theprogress of the works on site
