- Strongunderstanding and experience in energy performance contract fordistrict cooling plants and the methodologies of chilleroptimization for achieving improvement in the co-efficient ofperformance
- Understanding of the operation for differenttypes of chillers (air-cooled/water cooled, centrifugal/screw typeetc.)
- Conducting site walk-through audits and fieldobservations, collecting energy efficiency data, and analyzing theprocess of energy efficiency, calculating Energy Use Intensity(EUI) - (ASHRAE Level – 1 Audit).
- Inspectenergy System for consisting of District cooling Plants, Pumps,HVAC, Instrumentations & Controls, Lighting systems todetermine energy use or potential energy savings, also identifyhigh energy consumption sources and design, develop, and recommendvarious ECMs / FIMs.
- Gather and understand key projectparameters such as operating hours / pattern, energy consumption,temperature, system operating characteristics etc. through sitemeasurements. Investigate, Analyze and document probable ECMs /FIMs (Conduction detailed Audits (ASHRAE Level 2).
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis including baseline profilesand energy upgrades analysis. Development of ECMs, specifications,Bill of quantities and Sequence of operation, and prepare andpresent technical content, proposals, analysis, and Energycalculations (ASHRAE Level 3 Audits).
- Preparetechno-commercial offers, provide sales team technical assistanceand guidance.
- Identify shortfalls in the current ongoing& existing projects and mitigate the associated risks.
- Create and develop M&V plan and project reportsfor existing project compliant to local and internationalstandards. Draft client proposal as a byproduct of cost/benefitsanalysis, and technical review and analysis as it relates tobenefit and cost analysis.
- Coordinates facility sitevisits and communicates requirements with customer, internalresources and arrange quotations from Vendors / sub-contractors,estimating in-house product costs and estimating cost forengineering, labor, and project management cost.
- Takeinitiative to understand and, learn about and test existing and newenergy savings technologies and calculate and analyze the energysavings they create.
- Follow all internal, externalprocesses and coordination with stake holder for uninterrupted andflawless project development process.
