    • Set-up / changeover and / oroperate a range of turning machines and machining centers byinstalling and adjusting work holding, tooling and tool wearoffsets.
    • Efficiently and productively load andsafely operate a range of CNC machines ensuring that down time isminimised.
    • Able to run multiple machines /set-ups (multi task).
    • Recognise, deploy, andproperly use inserts, work holding, andtooling.
    • Efficient identification of productionprocess tool wear and the timely adjustment, replacement of worn,broken or damaged cutting tools.
    • Verifyprograms and settings using a range of measuring / inspectionequipment and apply appropriate adjustments to ensure thatcomponent quality ismaintained.
