    Responsiblity:

    • Greeting andthanking guests in a sincere, friendlymanner.
    • Checking guests in on arrival and outon departure.
    • Posting charges to appropriateguest accounts.
    • Anticipating and addressingguests' needs, and resolving their problems andcomplaints.
    • Assisting guests withdisabilities.
    • Operating switchboard andassisting with inquiries.
    • Assisting thereservations manager with takingreservations.
    • Collaborating and communicatingwith other internal departments to ensure guestsatisfaction.
    • Complying with company proceduresand safety policies.
    • Performing duties on adaily checklist.
