    JobDescription:
    • Holdingkickoff, bi-weekly, and closeout meetings with City Staff todiscuss key decisions andtrack
    • projectprocess. The first coordination call will serve as the projectkickoffmeeting.
    • Developmentand maintenance of project schedule, task list, and a bi-weeklyupdate toteam.
    • Preparationof agendas formeetings.
    • Communicationwith project partners to ensure project is progressing onschedule.
    • Monthlyinvoicing with progressreports.
    • Productionof a system design document and oversight for the production ofadministrative anduser
    • documentation.
    • Coordinatewith consultant team hired by OTIS to develop the new TrafficCalming Requestprocess
