    • Maintain the standards, recipes,food consistency, and accuracy levels set by Kitopi and our brandswhile maintaining accuracy in the food production process in ourcentral kitchen.
    • Report to work on time andchecks schedule the day before.
    • Attend dailyfifteen minutes training.
    • Prepares the dailyproduction is made accordingly
    • Establish a parstock to avoid over production.
    • Organizescoolers and freezers according to food safetystandard.
    • Checks if all equipment is in workingcondition
    • Fills in cooler & freezertemperature log and takes action whenneeded.
    • Maintains the highest quality andappearance of all food prepared.
    • Maintains thesanitary standards and "Clean as you go"policy.
    • Breaks down food after production andend of shift.
    • Follows procedure regardingproper rotation, dating, labelling andcovering.
    • Follows procedures with the use ofcleaning supplies.
    • Performs other related tasksas assigned by management.
    • Working hours asrequired to do your job but normally not less than 48 hours perweek.
    • Follow Kitopi and the brands'standards.
